I+Prep (Interview Preparation) is a comprehensive program designed to address the concerns that students have around effectively differentiating themselves from other college applicants and communicating that message to an admissions committee during the college application process.
The I+Prep system has been designed so that the admissions committee can get a full 360 degree picture of who you are via a dynamic interview.
While not all selective colleges and universities require an interview, many still do. But why is the interview still used and why should you want it? In these competitive times, schools need to get to know who you are outside of your resume and standardized test scores.
The interview is an equitable process utilized to make sure students get the opportunity to advocate for their application and acceptance to the college. Your unique characteristics are often weighted considerably by the admissions committee to fill out the profile, skills and diversity of an incoming freshman class. If the college doesn’t know about a particular hobby, activity or passion that is special to you in your life and why, then you will have missed an opportunity to present a well-rounded and inspired candidate for consideration for the admitted class.
Public speaking and interviewing can be nerve wracking for even the most experienced adults. Being comfortable, articulate and focused during an interview is a skill that can be taught and the I+Prep system has been designed to effectively prepare you for the college interview process.

Through a mix of mock interviews, role plays, exercises, and tailored feedback involving the trainer, student, and even parents, the student develops skills and confidence that will foster positive interview experiences through the college process and beyond.
The goal of the program is to give students a sense of confidence and clarity around their personal narratives and performance during college interviews.

The program can be delivered in a single session or in a more robust 3-session module package. The I+Prep system is also available through online training over video communication.
In its full 3 session format, the training will equip the student across the many facets of verbal and non-verbal communication with the goal of the student being able to deliver a clear and focused narrative that will leave a lasting impression.
